A massive max reward of $2.5 million was announced for anyone who can offer helpful information on criminal investigations regarding Volodymyr Kadariya1. Kadariya is a citizen of Belarus and has been charged in connection with multiple cybercrime campaigns. He is accused of contributing to the distribution of malware such as the Angler Exploit Kit, malvertising campaigns, and attempting to sell illegally obtained information on hacker forums. He goes by several monickers including Stalin, Eseb, and baxus2.
